AGATHIYAR VANAM MALAYSIA (AVM)

What started as an altar at the home of an individual has, with Agathiyar's blessings, grown into a Kottam or place of worship. Once many paintings of deities adorned the prayer room. After Agathiyar came into his life, Agathiyar took the centre stage. There was only Agathiyar both in his altar, prayer room, home and also in his life. Agathiyar asked him to replace the brass lamp with an earthen one. Agathiyar came in the form of a bronze statue too. Agathiyar who was supposed to go elsewhere, while on transit at Agathiyar Vanam, decided to stay put. Agathiyar has brought many to his venue, and listened to their prayers. 

Agathiyar Vanam Malaysia (AVM), since then, has seen many devotees drop by and pay their respects to Agathiyar.
